Paddington Citi View is a 353-bed student accommodation scheme in Paddington, one of central London’s most vibrant and well-connected neighbourhoods. Work started in July 2023 and the scheme was delivered on programme for the 2024/25 academic year.

The building underwent a comprehensive internal transformation, including VRF heating and cooling, smart building controls and upgraded BMS controls. New double-glazed windows, enhanced insulation and fabric improvements have significantly improved energy efficiency and environmental performance.

Residents benefit from a staffed reception, parcel room, lounge, study and meeting spaces, a laptop bar with high-speed connectivity throughout, a gym and fitness suite, a bookable kitchen, dining and games room, and on-site laundry and storage.
