Cobalt 3.3 Travelodge

• UPS have agreed Heads of Terms with Travelodge to convert and partially extend an existing 2-storey vacant office building on Cobalt Business Park, into an 80-bed Travelodge.

• We have developed design proposals and submitted a planning application to North Tyneside. Formal consent has been secured and construction is expected to commence late 2020 / early 2021.
