Hexham Bunker Site Redevelopment

• UPS acquired the “Bunker Site” in Hexham in 2018. The site had been derelict for over 20 years and is located just off the main approach into the historic market town of Hexham, Northumberland.   

• We have secured planning permission for our mixed-use development to provide a 69 bed Travelodge Hotel, 23,000 sq. ft Lidl supermarket, a 250-space public car park and 2 food units.

• The works are programmed to commence 4Q2020.
