• UPS have owned the 312-key Pullman Hotel on Euston Road for 30 years and it is currently let to Accor SA.
• The property is also home to the Shaw Theatre and is situated in the centre of the King’s Cross area of London, between Euston and King’s Cross railway stations.
• We are currently developing design proposals and in active discussions with Camden Council to extend the existing Pullman, retain and upgrade the Shaw Theatre auditorium, provide better access to the existing facilities whilst also providing a new 350 key Ibis Hotel tower in a flagship £100m redevelopment.
