Synagogue Redevelopment

• UPS acquired the stunning Edwardian synagogue building in the affluent area of Jesmond, just outside of Newcastle city centre. 

• The site has been transformed into 10 luxury apartments whilst still conserving the beautiful exterior of this historic building and was recently opened by the Mayor and Mayoress of Newcastle.

• Works were completed in 2019.
