Travelodge Newcastle Cobalt Business Park

• Union Property Services have agreed Heads of Terms with Travelodge to convert and partially extend an existing 2-storey vacant office building on Cobalt Business Park, into an 80-bed Travelodge.

• We have developed design proposals and submitted a planning application to North Tyneside. Formal consent was secured and the 80-bed Travelodge was completed in 2021.
