• UPS recently acquired Ashfield Towers (formerly Westfield Junior School) in the affluent Gosforth area of Newcastle upon Tyne. 

• We are currently developing design proposals to transform the site into a luxury residential hub comprising 4 houses, 3 new build apartments and 7 Victorian Villa Apartments.
