Michael is a seasoned Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 11 years of professional experience in the construction industry. He began his career at a national surveying practice, where he served as an Associate Director. Michael has extensive experience as a quantity surveyor on various projects across the Union Property portfolios. In 2019, he joined the team as a consultant, leveraging his expertise to enhance the firm’s capabilities.

Michael is well-versed in all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, and his competencies extend beyond quantity surveying to project management, employer’s agent, contract administration, development monitoring, and due diligence. His comprehensive knowledge and practical experience make him a valuable asset to the Union Property Services team
