Naresh’s experience in property management comes from building his family business, where he gained valuable insight into the property management requirements of a diverse portfolio. His national network of real estate contacts provides the Union Property Services team with up-to-date insights that we can pass onto our clients, enabling us to move quickly and seize opportunities.

As a key member of the Union Property Services team, Naresh is based in our Manchester office and is responsible for identifying new acquisition opportunities for investment, development, as well as the refurbishment and upgrade of our portfolio and those of our clients. Naresh’s expertise and industry knowledge allows us to identify and capitalize on opportunities that others may miss.
