More about me

Wallace is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor, having qualified in 1990 whilst working with Cleveland Co council, before moving on to work at Teesland Development Co. He later joined Hepper Robinson in private practice until forming his own valuation and agency in 1995.

Wallace’s experience includes undertaking a number of valuation and regeneration projects across the Union Property portfolios, which led to his joining the team as a consultant in 2006. He brings a wealth of expertise to his role, actively involved in the real estate requirements of both Union Property Services and our investment clients’ portfolios.

Wallace’s responsibilities include managing Landlord & Tenant matters, Development, Agency, and Property Management. His extensive knowledge of the industry and broad skillset make him an integral part of the Union Property Services team.
