Wallace qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1990 whilst working with Cleveland Co council, and went on to work Teesland Development Co.
This was followed by a spell at Hepper Robinson in private practice until forming his own valuation / agency in 1995. Having undertaken a number of valuation and regeneration projects across the Union Property portfolios, he joined the team as a consultant in 2006.
In his role, Wallace is actively involved in the real estate requirements of both the Union Property Services and investment clients’ portfolios. His responsibilities include Landlord & Tenant matters, Development, Agency and Property Management.
